I am very grateful for Yu Suzuki, the creator of the great "Shenmue" games. Yu-san has no idea of how much he has influenced me into creating my own version of the "Shenmue" universe. Without him, this story would be obsolete. I would also like to thank all the people who have read the previous chapters of Shenmue: Dragons Forever. If it weren't for them, then I wouldn't even be writing this. You guys in the "Shenmue Dojo Forums" rule!
Note from the Author
Thanks for choosing to read my fictional adaptation of "Shenmue II" entitled Shenmue: Dragons Forever. Before reading though, there are several things you must know. First, every chapter will be separated into three parts that I call "Acts". For example, Chapter 1 is known as "A New Beginning", but is only the first part of the whole chapter, so the full title for Chapter 1 is "Chapter 1 Act 1: A New Beginning". I'm just doing this so I can just add one part of every chapter at a time; I find it easier on me and it will keep the readers coming back for more. Secondly, all the characters in Shenmue: Dragons Forever are fictional, most being from the actual "Shenmue" series and others being from my own imagination. Finally, if you can, please send me whatever feedback you have regarding the story. Thanks again!
