The following is an almost complete version of the notebook in Shenmue.
There are two versions available, text and zipped word document.
I recommend the word document because it is easier to read, and it is exactly as it appears in the game. Also, it is not much larger in download size than the text document in this zip format.
Every page in the notebook can hold eight lines of text.
Page numbers appear in bold
---- denotes a page break, where you are moving to the other side of the page.
==== denotes a page break, where you turn over the page.
"*Clue" appears before every note you get from the Lapis Fortune Teller in Dobuita.
As you can see there are many gaps, the small ones cannot be filled but the large ones are where I am missing notes. I am aware of some notes I am missing and simply need to play through the game again to get them.
