Ryo opened his eyes to a banging headache and a million whispers.
"It's alright, he's ok." Said a man.
A small cheer from the crowd backed up the man's claim.
"Wha... Wha..." Ryo attempted to speak although his head wasn't clear enough to even envision what had just happened.
"It's ok, kid, you were found unconscious in that Warehouse, here's your bag."
Ryo suddenly remembered what had happened reaching into his back pocket to look for his wallet, but only felt empty space.
"I think you were attacked by the gang." The man said after noticing Ryo's cluelessness.
"What gang."
"The Heavens"
"The Heavens?" Ryo replied in a questioning tone.
"Yeah they've been causing a lot of trouble around here, although you shouldn't go after them, they're dangerous."
"Hmm... ok" Ryo would say anything to get out of here right now, people making a fuss would surely attract gangs.
'Wait a minute' Ryo thought 'That's it I'll stay here for a minute or two and then I'll...' His plan was going already. A young boy was calmly stealing a man's wallet.
"HEY WAIT!!" Ryo shouted at the young boy.
The boy ran, down into an alley, it was a long alley, lined with red bricked walls and bum's at the side of the alley. The boy ran up the stairs and round the corner heading towards a fence. There was a small gap just enough for the boy to get through but Ryo would have to jump. The boy was fast for his age, he'd probably had experience in running away from people. The boy crawled through the gap as Ryo lept up the fence over to the other side. The boy ran down into a Warehouse area which Ryo thought would be the back of where he just was. The boy ran into 3 men who talked to the boy.
"Is this him?" They said looking at Ryo while still talking to the boy.
"Yeah, yeah that's him." The boy was clearly out of breath. The men walked towards Ryo.
"Hey you!" The fat one said to Ryo, reaching out for his Jacket.
"Don't you try it." Ryo said.
"C'mon then." A tall one chimed from the back.
Ryo took the Hazuki Stance and performed Tom's Tornado Kick on The Fat one. He was knocked to the floor, obviously doesn't train much.
The Tall one came running at Ryo but Ryo performed Darkside Hazuki taking him down as well. A small one and the boy ran away. Ryo thought to keep back letting them think they'd lost him but he wouldn't stay back so far that they would be out of sight.
Ryo followed them to a large Warehouse, 2 or 3 times the size of the others. It was obviously condemned. They walked into the Warehouse and as Ryo crept round the corner, he could see them heading downstairs into another part of the Warehouse. Ryo waited until the echo of their footsteps stopped and he crawled into the warehouse making almost no sound.
Ryo crouched as he began down the stairs, mumbling could be heard among rustling of paper. He got to the bottom of the stairs and hid behind a turned over table. The gang leader started speaking.
"YEEEEEEESSS!, the Heavens have one again, another valuable asset," The man held up a wallet as he patted the young boy on the back.
'The Heaven's' Ryo thought, I've come to the right place.
